Form I-864 or I-864A ?

Hi,

My Husband is applying for AOS.

I do not meet the income requirement. So therefore, my stepfather will be the sponsor.

My Question is...

What form does my stepfather fill, I-864 or I-864A?

And do I need to fill any type of form as well?

If your step father lives with you then he gonna use form I-864A but if he doesn't then he will use form I-864. Regardless, you are the primary sponsor so you still need to fill out form I-864 even though you are getting a co-sponsor.

Do you have to file the I-864 under fiance status? Or just the I-134?
