Hello Vj'ers, as i have been reading the posts, trying to determine the best route to go with my SO, i have noticed a time or two, something called James Shortcuts in some posts? What exactly is that? and does it shorten the time required to get an approval?

They are a method of sending NVC payments, and items for CR-1 / IR-1 visa during it's NVC stage.
