On NBC's "Today Show," Clinton campaign chairman Terry McAuliffe said that once Obama gets the majority of convention delegates, "I think Hillary Clinton will congratulate him and call him the nominee."

This is what I heard him say on TV this morning. And it is what McAuliffe would not have said if this things wasn't going to be over. He came out with it too early, I suppose, seeing that they want people in Montana and South Dakota to still vote and feel like it matters.
