I saw Germany vs. Russia, even though the Turks have just kept surprising everyone so I don't know.

Congrats to Spain, although not managing to score for 120 minutes with a "lame" team is hardly "owning"...but anyways... ;)

I want the underdogs to advance now, so I hope it will be Turkey - Russia in the final...let's not forget Greece won against all odds 4 years ago...

29th march 2008 - FINALLY received letter with interview date!

8th may 2008 H 8:40 AM - Interview in Baltimore-APPROVED!

8th may 2008 H 3:00 pm (yes same day, crazy!) Oath Ceremony in Baltimore

24th may 2008 - US Passport application mailed off

6th june 2008 - US Passport received in the mail!!!

Truth is...we had 2 key midfielders out and the current strikers are painfully lacking skills at the moment...I highly doubt they were trying to go to penalties, we just could not go past midfield even when we wanted to... :wacko: I was glad to see the defensive wall still works, gives some sort of hope for the future...I guess lol

That spain/italy game totally was the most boring out of all the tournament's games this year.

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

What was most lame was the referee's. Sorry but even though I don't know much about soccer it was plain as day who was receiving payola in that game. I thought bball flopping was bad....When the announcers are complaining about the lack of consistency in calling fouls and penalties something ain't kosher in Vienna. GO ESPANA!!!!!

All done for the next 10 years...
