william - what will be the score of the rest of the quarters? I got some bets I need to place.

Croatia 2 - Turkey 0

Holland 3 - Russia 1

Spain 1 - Italy 2

That would be wonderful, but I am braced for a win for Spain.

Now out of this thread. I am TIVOing to watch with the hubby tonight. lalalallalalalalala <sticking fingers in ears>

 I would probably get my azz beaten by angry and disappointed Turkish fans - especially because I look like I am German! Luckily I am not into going to the public viewing areas! I will just stay home and watch it with you guys.

And damn right Alex, you never know what's going to happen. the Turkish team might win, who knows. We should ask our VJ almanac.

Mr. Wallace, what do you think? Who will win next Wednesday? Germany or Turkey?

Think the Germans will win that one. There technically and mentally better. The Germans are getting stronger as the tournament progresses.

Turkey didn't win that game, Croatia threw it away. The first 90 mins was $hit

Exactly. I feel sorry for Croatia but they just didn't get their act together in the end.

I don't know if I should be happy or sad about the Germany/Turky match....Who am I going to root for???:lol::rofl:

Oh well, I think Germany, however, will beat Turkey with 2-0..

And then.. a final with Germany against the Dutch... ahhhh wont that be a match between true rivals :D

but oh well, we still have to play a few games until the final is there and theres lots what can happen in that time unfortunately
