The former first lady will stop short of formally suspending or ending her race in her speech in New York City.

Interesting she isn't dropping out, only conceding that he has the delegates. I have a feeling there will be a lot of SD's arms getting twisted from now until Aug. If Obama stubs his toe again don't be surprised if you see some SD shifts.
