VISA IN HAND!!!!: I'm jumping with JOY!

Since I just recieved the text from Delbros this morning which stated that our visa was in transit to Davao, it didn't even say delivery will start 2days etc etc which is the usual text received by others. So, I was not really expecting the visa to arrive today, I was thinking it might be anytime this week but not today.

6:20 PM my daughter knocked on my room and called out "Ma, DELBROS daw".. I couldn't believe it at first, I thought she was just playing pranks on me--which she always do-- but still I just had to peek out of the window but I couldn't see any delivery vehicle outside :unsure: (was used to big delivery vans of LBC & FedEx)... I was getting ready to go back to my room when my daughter said: "Nasa labas lagi, naka motor lang" (he is outside, in a motorcycle)...

so, I went out and saw this ordinary motor riding guy. He was holding some packets on his hand... at that point, my heart started beating faster and faster while I inched slowly towards the guy.. and there it was, on his hands was our VISA!!! I AM SOOO ECSTATIC RIGHT NOW!!!0gleeful.gif0gleeful.gif0gleeful.gif0gleeful.gif0gleeful.gif0gleeful.gif0gleeful.gif0gleeful.gif

09/30/08 - mailed AOS, AP and EAD thru USPS

10/02/08 - received and signed by V. Bustamante

10/06/08 - check cashed out

10/07/08 - date of NOA

10/08/08 - last touch for AP and EAD

10/28/08 - AOS transferred to CSC

11/04/08 - touched on AOS

11/05/08 - touched again on AOS

11/06/08 - touched again on AOS ( no touch on AP and EAD)

12/08/08 - EAD approved according to USCIS officer (from infopass)

12/09/08 - touched on AP and EAD

12/10/08 - AP approved dated 12/09

12/15/08 - AP on mail

01/12/09 - went to infopass - found out my EAD has been approved since DEC 8,2008

01/21/09 - biometrics appoinment

01/21/09- Card production ordered for I-765 and a touched for I-485

01/22/09 - touched on I-485

01/23/09 - touched again on i-485

01/26/09- touched again on I-485 and i-765! WOW!

01/29/09 - i-765 approval notice sent.. and EAD card received in mail

02/24/09 - AOS APPROVED!! thanks God!

02/25/09 - AOS touched again

02/27/09 - GC and welcome letter received in the mail

Jan 26, 2008 - He took me and my daughter to Hong Kong

Feb 15, 2008 - filed k-1/k-2 visa

Feb 21, 2008 - got out NOA1

April 10, 2008 - got our RFE

May 15, 2008 - reply to RFE

May 16, 2008 - touched

May 19, 2008 - touched

May 20, 2008 - NOA2 approved ( yeaahhh boyyyyy!!!! )

May 23, 2008 - MNL200864****

June 5-6, 2008 - K1 medical exam

June 5,10-13, 2008 - K2 medical exam

June 17 - 26, 2008 - 3rd visit to the PH ( can hardly wait!!! )

June 23, 2008 - Interview date (PASSED - pink slip)

July 1, 2008 - received text from delbros....still waiting!

July 3, 2008 - Visa on hand! yaaayyy!!!

September 3, 2008 - Left Philippines via JAL / AA

September 3, 2008 - Arrived Florida USA

yes, finally, I won't be dealing with USEM people and also DELBROS people... but in fairness the guy who delivered was really nice but he seems overworked and underpaid :(
