We are divorcee couple. My fiancé is in US and now he is filling I134 form. He is little confused on below point.

He was married before. His previous wife was in US who was from India.

Point 9:

I have been previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person.?

Point 10:

I have been submitted a visa petitions(s) to U.S Citizenship and Immigration service (USCIS) on behalf of the following person. ?

If your fiance is the US citizen (petitioner) and his ex-wife is from a different country and she came to the US on a K1 sponsored by your husband who petitioned her, then he needs to put her name down for 9.

For 10, same goes, if he petitioned for her to come to the us on a fiance visa, then same goes.

What's VSF? Generally you just send it to the beneficiary.
