Ok, quick question: I forgot to mention I am pregnant and baby is due end of August. I am curious what i need to do about that? What do I do as I did not file my marriage yet? Do I need paternity test like others I seen on here?

Who is pregnant, US citizen or foreign Citizen?

Also you say spouse, so you will eventually file for a CR-1 or K-3 spousal visa, child paternity is not an issue in this case, only may be an issue if child is born before visa interview out of wedlock, and registering the birth abroad to claim US citizenship for the child.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Well, he is my husband and he is the foreigner.I am the US Citizen. I was born in Panama though and became US Citizen. I was also married to a man here in USA, we divorced in 2006. The baby wil be born before I establish marriage documentation in USA but I talked to a legal advisor and he states that it is ok. So, hopefully we can get the ball rolling here soon. Thanks.

If you are the USC and the baby will be born in the US, you don't need to do anything. Baby will be a USC also. Congratulations.
