Oh I'm sorry you are still waiting so long lovely. Did we establish whether or not one had actually been sent yet? If we know it is processed/issued but lost in the mail maybe you could just bypass it if you have your receipt number from DoS or NVC? Is there actually anything in P3 that you need to return....anyone? If not you could just download the forms and send them back and we can just pretend that you have had P3?

I hope that you get a solution soon hun. Maybe constant harassment is the way forward. Instead of sending another email maybe write them a letter and send it royal mail next day 9am ?

Good Luck

Yes you send back the checklist and the DS forms. The rest - passport pics, copies of official docs and I-134 all are brought with you to interview.

FYI - My then fiance's (now hub's) P3 was lost in the mail too and we just used the scans from VJ to respond to the embassy and had no probs whatsoever.

Ooooohhh Sharon it looks like you can just crack on! Thanx Julez. I would definitely just put your own P3 pack together from downloads and get it in a mail.

The London P3 has updated maybe since it has IV15 April 2008 on the bottom of the pages. We scanned the whole P3 on May 22 and I emailed Sharon scans. They are a little scratchy looking because we lowered the resolution to keep them from being huge. I think they will be fine since she has a good reason to use substitutes. The real P3 from London is on US size paper and the packet is printed on front and back. There is nothing official with your name on it printed on the four checklist pages. We printed everything on US paper because I brought some with me since I was coming over to UK but that's hardly necessary. Bex--guess I'm her American mom now too. :)
