I sent our I129f April 19th and it still hasnt been entered into there computer system.. has anyone else had to wait so long??? Thanks

2002 Met hubby

2004 Our daughter is born

2006 Married

2006 I became a US Citizen through Naturalization

2007 Our son is born

3/31/08 Sent I-130 and I-129F

4/2/08 Application received in Chicago lock box

4/08/08 Photo evidence sent back

4/14/08 I129f rejected, they don't have jurisdiction??

4/14/08 Check cashed!!!

4/17/08 Touched

4/19/08 Received NOA1 dated 4/11

4/19/08 Re-sent I-129f to CSC

4/21/08 CSC receive I-129f

When we mailed our K1 visa petition they delayed almost 3 months for sending the NOA1. If you have the receipt when you mail your registered packet you can call to imigration and ask for the NOA1.

Generally it will delay 15-20 days to get the NOA1 but we see, there are exceptions.
