My husband filled I-130 for me on December 2006

It was a very long and stressful process and time, sometimes it felt like it will be no end in this situation, but FINALLY 17 months later, I'm in my husband's apartment in Albany, NY posting this message for all members to tell that NO MATTER how hard it is there is a hope for everyone, one day it will happen and you will be together with the loved ones. I'm so happy to finally be in arms of the men I love and see his face when I wake up in the morning, not in my dreams only :) as it was before,

I want to thank everyone who prayed for me and those who helped with advise and support

I want to wish a GOOD LUCK and happy life for everyone

Pozdravlyayu!

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

Summer 2001--we met in Manzanillo, Mexico

10/02--129F submitted (We had 1 RFE)

7/03--Interview in Ciudad Juarez

2/15/04--Married

4/2/04--AOS submitted

8/23/04--Interview in Chula Vista, CA (approved pending name check)

5 EADs, 3 APs, multiple Senators' inquiries and infopass appts, 2 AOS biometrics,

and one move to Seattle later...

3/3/08--AOS Biometrics renewal in Seattle

6/9/08--10 year green card arrived in the mail. My husband is no longer in immigration limbo and is a realio, trulio permanent resident! It says he's been a resident since 04/17/2008.
