for me its in the context of the sentence... like in tittles... we usually use caps lock to emphasize important points... we use caps lock in chat rooms to get attentions and so on.... so if you see tittles that are on caps lock its normal cause you need to attract attention to your topic :D

I have had people litterly tell me to stop shouting, but DA-it is easier to read in caps and it is so doggone monnotinous to Shift all the time. it slows you down. so get a life and live with it. HI, WELL I AGREE WITH THAT I AM 65 LOVE THE GAMES BUT IT IS EASIER TO READ SOME OF THE LETTERS WHEN IN CAPS. GET A LIFE PEOPLE (YELLING) WHAT HAS MADE YOU THE TYPING KINGS BECAUSE YOUR YOUNG AND EYES ARE GREAT?? GIVE US OLDER GAMERS SOME SPACE AND ACCEPT THE CAPS AND RESPECT WHO IS BEHIND THEM. THANKS

because their pet cat who wanted fussing whilst they were on the computer jumped onto the computer desk and accidentally caught the caps lock button...they often also catch the tab buton to return the page to the top lol.

Question answered, problem solved, no need to come up with any other reason lol. (if you don't have a cat...it is your budgie?)
