after waiting 63 days of payment for her docs to make it back to the USEM.. after a phone call to Grace last week.. she confirmed they had made it back last monday..

What is really bothering me is I see several filipinas getting their visa withing 3 or 4 weeks of payment and sometimes less then a week of the interview.

I called Grace again this morning since they have had a entire week to review and to see if they have finally approved and printed and have forward to delbros.

Well.. Grace tells me it's still under review and can't give me no time line of when the CO will be finished.

I am told will just have to wait and it may be a while longer.

I am so sick of the BS.

why does it only take some just a few weeks to process... my frustration has finally hit the roof.

I can empathize with you completely.

I have not been waiting longer than you but i have seen people who have had interview same day as I did or who had it later and who have their visa on hand already.

I paid delbros document verification fee april 10.. more than a month before interview to avoid delay so to speak. My verified documents are already with USEM when I had interview so I assumed I will get the visa pretty soon. I only received the pink slip.

Well, it has been almost 2weeks and still no news, my visa has not been released to delbros and last time I called I was told that it is still with the reviewing officer. I don't know what is taking them long to review. :clock:

I hope visas will be released so soon specially those who have been waiting for a month now. ArtCess who had the same interview with mine already got their visa on Saturday. I'm quite happy for them, but I also empathized with those who are still waiting.

I am with same situation to dbears(ate gaye) I paid my Doc Verification April 11 and forwarded 21 and finished april 28, so assumed a lot to get my Visa just within 7 days after my Interview because i just got Pink Slip and to be so sure I asked some USE staff if it was already verified although I saw the docs in their hand and they said YES! its done and wait for your Visa.

I was very happy but after a week my frustrations begun My fiance Mike called them last Thursday and was told that it was on the Final Review and will be released this week..

I think it wont matter if your Papers has been verified such as CENOMAR and BC, it only matters to the CO too as he or she may require further review and that may take a little long time..

Patience is a Virtue I know! but I hope they could do understand us our Frustrations, Stressed, Loneliness, been battling this a very long time ago until now!!

Hang on my Frineds soon We will end up with a huge smile on our faces! not by being Schezophrenic haha nabuang na kahihintay sa Visa!!

But yeah!! I wish us to give lots of patience still God is with us !!

Hey Mike,

Sorry you are still in limbo. I cant imagine how frustrating it is being that close and still being told to be patient and wait. i spoke to grace while i was there last week. she doesn't seem to be in any big hurry and willing to go the extra mile to get anything done. From reading here, Maribel and i paid the doc ver fee on the 17 may. we do even have the view apt letter yet. we are hoping to avoid that black hole. it is very frustrating that since the USCIS "improved" service and increased fees, things are taking longer. i know the frustration, being Americans, we are used to things done quickly. and that doesn't seem to be the case between delbros and the embassy and the NSO. It is unbelievable the time involved to send the info from one office to the other. they do have fax machines and couriers. from what i have seen i honestly believe they enjoy playing with peoples emotions. i cannot believe things actually take that long. i saw how they fingerprinted Maribel. while i was fingerprinting people in the Ar,my, there is no way they would have held up to being read at all. so what they are verifying is beyond me.

keep the faith and know that since it is back in the embassy's hand, it has been cleared thru the NSO. so hopefully within the week the visa will be delivered.

happy belated birthday, check your voice mail, i called the other day
