I've never heard this before, but can you tell me which office you will be sending the I-130 to? Is it going to the US or is it going to be processed at a foreign consulate?

Long story short, we have a complicated case. We've been at this for nearly 5 years. You can read our story here. I highly recommend our attorney Laurel Scott, as well as attorneys Laura Fernandez and Lizz Cannon .

Filed I-130 via CSC in Feb 2008. Petition approved June 2008. Consular interview in Mexico, Oct 2008, visa denied, INA 212a6cii. We allege improper application of the law in this case.

2012, started over in Seoul: I-130 filed DCF on 7/2, I-130 approved 8/8, Medical at Yonsei Severance 11/20, IR1 appointment in November 2012.

CRBA filed 1-3-13 at Seoul for our daughter

:) thnx alot guys i appreciate it , i will go ahead and file it ( black ad white) and no more asking the wrong people . my husband was in removal but wasn't deported and no over staying and no criminal record or illegal entery , the removal was desmissed and waived by the judge and the goverment and was allowed to withdraw his application for admission and my previous i-130 was denied bcoz my previous attorney adviced us to file it withno evidence at all not even g-325A or divorce papers etc...and later the case was transfared to the local office and they request evidence and he told us again to send evidence only before the marriage took place so we were denied bcoz of the evidence etc... and now i have alot more evidence and will be filing soon, and i will have to request the bona fide marriage exemption , so do u guys think that they will deny me again bcoz i have a previous denial? and do u guys thing they might send the case again to the local office or there is a chance that they may approve it at the csc without sending it there? can u guys help me on this plz
