Hello,

My fiancee submitted the I-129F petition for us to get married in the US in Nov 2006 and it was aproved on March 2007 and i went to the embassy and all and i waited 4 months, but me and her were fighting at the time and she cancelled my visa.

can she re-apply again?

She can petition again but you are the visa applicant.

She will need to request a waiver when re applying.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

why a waiver? isnt that if she applied for another person b4 within the last 2 years not if she is applying for the same person?

and whats a waiver exactly?

The article and experience are almost two years old. I wonder if the USCIS has ever corrected the procedure or if adjudication is occuring as was. It would be cool if ellisisland could update on recent experiences.
