hi vj, i just want to ask, perhaps some of you had encountered same scenario.. I am thinking of calling USEM to get interview date for K3, since it was sent by NVC last May 5... I was still undecided to call because I am hoping CR1 will come first... I am going home this june and Juy and I want to be with my husband with that 5 weeks..I am thinking of going both route.. come what may.. I just want to ask.. is the medical to be done for k3 for my husband, will just be the reference for his medical on his cr1? or does he needs to get another medical for cr1??? probably it will only be 2 months apart between those 2 sched medical? can anybody help... :innocent:

The same medical can be used for either visa but not sure about "both". CR1 will require all the vaccinations though. If you want to schedule the K3 interview so that your CR1 case arrives before the interview occurs, then your interview would be for the CR1 on the K3 interview date.

Hi there I guess it wont be a problem if you go for K3.. If you already got the NVC case number then you can call now for Visa Interview. CR1 will just follow since you can go to USA without vaccination yet for K3, it's your option.
