Just wondering if we are the only ones in such a situation. We called customer service about a month ago and were told to wait another 30 days before we call again. After the first phone call, we were almost sure we'll get the appointment notice in mail. Still waiting... Any advice?

Make an Infopass appointment & speak to an immigration officer directly in person.

I experienced the same thing. You must make an info pass appointment immediately to speak to an immigration officer and ask to for an immediate biometric appointment.

We went with an info pass and spoke to an officer. That was before calling customer service. We will call again and get another info pass! Thanks!

I sent my I-751 to NSC at the end of February and received the NOA from CSC on March 7th. Still waiting for a Biometrics appointment. I went for an INFOPASS appointment today but they were unable to provide any new information other than there is a backlog on the I-751s right now. He said I just have to wait and check back in another few weeks or so. Very annoying.

Hi guys,

5 months, still no Biometrics appointment. We called 4 times the customer service and went for an infopass. The customer service rep we spoke to today said nobody started working on the inquiry we did beginning of May, though it's more then 30 days, the period of time we were told to wait. Will go to a second info pass in the next few days.

My question at this point to you is how can we get to a congressman, do we just check the phone book for an address and walk in the office? Are these inquiries proven to do any good? Thanks a lot...

Just an update... I went for an info pass today; the lady could finally see somewhere that my biometrics appointment letter was sent in February to...a wrong address!!! :bonk: Two digits in the zip code were switched and was sent to a place I have never heard of. She called the service center and arranged the biometrics for today. I also called customer service three times to let them know the address is incorrect. They said somebody will call me when the system is updated. I do not what to expect in the future with my address all messed up...
