MARAMING SALAMAT PO to Dianne and Ryan for the exceptionaly precise information about the exam process. I know we would have made a mistake or two along that one.

But this has brought up a question I havent noticed anywhere. She has a 1 year old daughter. Will the daughter also have to go through some medical examinations and innoculations?

If the child is part of the petition (K2) then I'd say yes.

Oh my gosh, I cant imagine having to go through that process with a baby in tow.. Does anyone know for certain if the baby will be required to go through this exam process?

Better call St. Lukes just to be sure... And BTW, if ever they will really tell you that the baby needs to have medical, you can take someone to take care of your baby like your mom, or sister, or nanny, anybody... They will allow that person inside St. Lukes. Good luck!

As far as I know all "K" visa applicants/recipients are required to have a medical exam. My son was 11 and he did....

YMMV

If the child is included in the petition they will also have to have a medical at St. Lukes along with moms.

No need chect xray if under 14 but must have most everything else.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

As most of the peeps here are correct. You will need to have your daughter get clearance as well. Everything shoel be fine! My asawa had to bring her 4 year old, it was a long day. Thonk God she had her mommy and sister with with her.

You probably have someone accompany you to help with the baby?

Cheers!
