This is one of those gray areas of the web. Is a link a violation of someones copyright or do you have to host the content (and not remove it if notified). In general like most websites VisaJourney follows the DMCA which gives clear steps to follow for publishers and content owners in this issue.

Edit: Honestly I do not personally know the answer to this but it would be scary if people could not mention the name of a website in fear that doing so would be illegal. It is a free speech issue that may one day (soon) be tested in a higher court. On the flip side, websites that actively promote or host copyrighted content are certainly IMO potentially breaking an ethical boundry -- of not laws.

This was the other legitamate website to watch that I learned about in my television genres class. I haven't visited it yet but they said it didn't have commercials like http://www.hulu.com has.

I believe this http://mytheater.org/index.php website is doing more than breaking an ethical boundary it's actively breaking the law not just in this jurisdiction but in others as well.
