Yes i just got right now my 10 years greencard. Goodbye USCIS see you in december 2009 for my citizenship...Thank God its done for now.

Can you give us a timeline? I'm trying to bolster the spirits of a friend of mine who filed her's a few months ago.

07/13/10-received notice receipt(gc extended for one year)

07/28/10-received biometric appointment

09/23/10 GC approved!!!

9/26/20 Gota pproval notice

10/01/10 GC receivedd

K-1 journey, AOS/EAD and ROC in my timeline

2011 March 31 - Sent off Naturalization pkg overnight to Texas

2011 April 1 - Arrived in Texas at 10:21 am

2011 April 1 - NOA (rec'd via snail mail April 8)

2011 April 7 - Cheque cashed

2011 May 5 - Biometrics (letter rec'd via snail mail April 15)

2011 May 9 - Placed in line for interview scheduling

2011 June 13 - Rec'd yellow letter (no change in status online)

2011 June 23 - Rec'd text that my case has been scheduled for interview

2011 August 1 - Interview (rec'd via snail mail June 27) PASSED

2011 August 3 - Rec'd email that my case has been scheduled for Oath

2011 September 1 - Oath ceremony (rec'd snail mail Aug 5)

2011 September 1 - All done, yeah.

2006-12-19= arrive in the US with k3 visa

2007-07-30= send aos in chicago lockbox ( did not apply for ead and ap)

2007-09-06= noa 1 recieve

2007-10-1= biometrics done

2007-10-20= rfe recieved asking for a co-sponsor( given 87 days to return the rfe with the co-sponsor papers)

2008-02-26- we return the rfe without the co-sponsor instead we return it with my husband recent w2, rfe reply was longer than 87 days, being stubborn, lol

2008-05-05= interview done, did not get the stamp on my passport because the interviewer said she need to check my husband income if they will accept the w2 since his income the time we submitted the rfe was below the poverty limit thats why they send the rfe for co sponsor but we reply with w2

2008-05-30= recieve my greencard, finally!
