Never filed either form! EEKK! HELP!

We never filed either AR-11 or I-865 and are now about to file I-751. The address stated initially was my parents' address which is still valid. We didn't have our current apartment until he arrived. I thought we only needed to file if it was NO LONGER a GOOD address, but it is. Eek! Help! Are we screwed? They say (USCIS) to file all forms and should be ok, with the exception of a possible fine. #######! They said to also include a letter explaining why we never sent. Anyone have any savy letters or idea on what we can write so they accept it? FREAKING OUT!

This stuff never ends, does it? I don't understand why the make it so hard to be with the one you love. :(

USCIS has bigger fish to fry, just file the AR-11 and I-865 now.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
