No, I don't think they do.

It's kind of a wierd question. Why would you possibly ask that? What are you hiding from them?

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

Hi, i was wondering if anyone knows if the interviewing officer has records from the IRS of you before you come in. If so, why do they want you to bring IRS records to the interview? Does the BCIS have access to private IRS records? thanks for you replies.

Please don't portray me as a bad person, I have nothing to hide. I'm not even going through AOS through marriage, my father petitioned for me. I was just wondering because it's been a while since I've last seen my IRS records and I'm having a hard time finding them.

They only ask for IRS records for the petitioner because they need to make sure that he/she will be able to support the beneficiary when they live together or after they're married.

What I don't understand is why you have your profile as filing for AOS when your father just petitioned you.

Anyway, they only need IRS records for the petitioner.
