Hi,

My husband's temorary resident card expires this June. We've filed the application to remove the conditions on his resident card and have received the extension letter. Our friend is getting married in Mexico this coming October and we would like to attend. Will he be able to travel to and back from Mexico w/ just the extension letter? His passport from Vietnam is still valid so I'm hoping that his Vietnamese passport along w/ the extension letter will be enough.

Will he need any special visa from Mexico to get into Mexico? and will he have any problems coming back into the US?

Thank you for any help and input.

A green-card holder does not need a visa to visit Mexico.

And no problems re-entering the USA, that is what the extension letter is for.
