I was just wondering how common it is to not get any touches on your online case portfolio. I filed in March, the Received Date was March 20th and the Notice Date was March 24th. All 3 of my case numbers (Petition, AOS and EAD) were recognized and put into the portfolio. The "Last Updated" date has sat at March 28th ever since. We had the biometrics appt April 15th and have no idea whats going on after that. Not only that, but quite a few people's timelines who applied before us got approved much quicker. I know some are faster than others but I dont like the fact that there were no updates at all, it makes me worried.

Is there anyone I could call who could give me some kind of answer or are they just going to tell me "it was updated march 28th have a great day"

Thanks

-Erin
