Yes you are right I m a K1… 5 months it’s a long time! But I have being dealing with the emigration for a 14 months!

I haven’t seen my John in 14 months so believe me I know how it feels! This all process is horrible! It has been a nightmare…

K1's get wizzed through pretty quickly at Vermont .... and it's quite a bone of contention on here.

There are some family filers who sent their petitions in last July 2007 on VJ .... so they're fast approaching a year.

There are families with children who are waiting ... and basically it's pretty awful.

This is why we get excited at anyone being approved or touched .... it means another family will be able to be reunited soon .... hopefully.

Seeing the same ones every day on the USCIS site is driving me up the wall (though of course alot of people get approved without even a single touch).

It's good news CJ!!! One can't really tell what is gonna happen after this. Some the next touch is an approval, and then others never get touched at all but recieved their NOA2. I hope your next touch is an approval soon! Comeone VSC.. get moving
