nvc email need help

hello there guyz i emailed nvc regarding my petition if they already received it... they emailed me back and this is what it says:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

Based upon the information received, the NVC is unable to determine the

date of birth for the principal applicant. Please submit a copy of a

government-issued document indicating the date of birth (e.g. valid

passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate). The document must

include the month, day, and year of birth.

i submitted both of our birthcertificate copy of my passport im just wondering did uscis lost our birthcertificate? i just want to know why they still asking for it? :angry:

just in case im going to send what they need what address should i put to? please felows i need ur help thanks a lot

DS230 PAID June 24, 2004

DS230 received July 3, 2008

NVC Case Completed July 14, 2008

NVC send the Case Complete to USEM Manila: Aug. 5th 2008

USEM recieved complete case from NVC Aug 8th 2008

paid debros aug 22,2008

Medical Sept 9,10 He passed Thank you God. God is always good.

Interview Date: Sept 29, 2008 at USEM Manila 8:30AM APPROVED!!!

Visa In hand: Oct 2, 2008 yahoo

POE Nov 17, 2008.

Green Card and S.S received Nov 28th, 2008

I think it would be better to tell your fiance/husband to call the NVC and inquire about this email you received from them regarding your date of birth record.

NVC hotline is 603- 334- 0700

hello there sis...

im the petitioner... im here in manila right now.... i might call them tonight and ask them what they need.. not sure the address of nvc so i can send my husband birthcertificate or a copy of his pasport inidicating his birthday...

im just wondering does the uscis doesnt send the copy of I-130 or g-325A regarding this matter.. bec its already listed there all the information ??

hello there guyz... i just called nvc and ask about this concern of mine.

the operator said its ok to send an email instead of sending it by mail..with the copy of my husband birthcerficate and passport id indicates his birthday..

so weird... when i give out the case num everything is right except of my husband birthday... i tried to give them my husband birthday and she keep saying its not the right one in the system... i told her i might give her the wrong case no. but she gave me out all information about us... and its right... i dont know why it got messed up with his birthday.. im freaking out here help....
