Hello everyone,

I'm a newbie around here, but I am also a March filer waiting anxiously for that email that says we've been approved. I thought maybe I was unusually obsessive about checking the USCIS website for an update three times a day(still no touches at all)...but now I see I'm not alone

I'm glad I found you all so I have some waiting buddies, and we can all share in the joy that is the NOA2

Hey Marchies! Has anyone else been touched recently? I sent an email to CSC a week ago and all I got back was an automated message instructing me to contact USCIS. However, I was touched on July 9th! I hope this means something!!!

NO touches for me yet! But I hope it means something good in your case!!!

USARMNYNURSE- I didn't mean to be offensive I just think this is a frustrating case to be patient for everybody. I wouldn't want to keep calling them repeatedly because it could cause delay on the case. Just be careful ok? Oh and I'm a girl If you do call, and it seems to have worked for you, let us know, ok? still keep an eye out for that NOA2 within the next couple of weeks.

On another note!! Today feels like an awesome day. I had a dream last night, it was one of those really short "clip" type of dreams. I walked to my mail box and THERE WAS MY NOA2!!! Heeheee Even though it was only a dream, it sure made me feel so happy today. I keep telling everybody how happy i feel. I just try to look at everything in a positive way. Things happen for a reason. And those things that are negative, we need to learn to use them to our advantage and learn from them. I hope everyboy else has a wonderful week.

Have I been gone? I am sorry if I have not posted a lot lately. On the weekends, I try to have a life outside of my VJ addiction

I hope all is going well. I am finding ways to occupy my mind now that the weeks seem be drawing near towards some sort of notification (hopefully Notice of Action 2). I am really quite excited, but I am maintaining my composure while hoping for the best, but knowing that this is such an unpredictable process.

Jmmr, I read your note about your job.... as I understand it, the Affidavit of Support would need to be closer to the date of the embassy interview, and usually looking at what you have RIGHT NOW, so I'm not sure if it would be wise to change to part-time... I'm personally stressed out myself about meeting poverty line (if I was still working my accounting job that I left back in November 2007.. I'd be fine, but now I've been laid off from my primary part-time teaching job, significantly reducing my income -- so am getting a co-sponsor "just in case")

Getting started on getting a certified copy of the birth certificate. I did not think the embassy would be requiring it....

Just checking in with everyone. Still no touches or NOA2...but it really felt good to see so many people getting approvals today. Nathalie and I jumped from like 154 to 136 on Igor's list. I was talking to her tonight on the phone and I was like "we are number 138 on the....wait...I lied...we are now 136."

Also pretty cool to see some Marchies get approved as well. Anyways....hope everyone is having a good week and lets keep our fingers crossed that CSC cranks out approvals this week. As of this writing...they've approved 12 in 1 day....let’s hope they can approve that many every day this week and weeks to come!

Hi Everybody

It's Hump day woo! Caity Rose I'm so glad you are having the chance to be with your hunny. YOu must be having a blast down there. Our time is getting very close. The beginning of this week was GREAT! It looks like CSc is catching up for their vacations. I hope we hear something soon. It's almost august.

I still have not heard anything about my case either. I am SO tempted to call again, but I am holding myself back because there has only been a few march approvals. Once they start bringing April filers into approvals, and mine hasn't been completed, THEN i will call. But until then, I shall wait. There's no reason for not waiting. I know our case is simple, it's just not our turn yet. I'm almost afraid to call because it may slow down the case. I just really hope I get approved with no RFE's. SOOOOOOOOOOOoOOoOoOON!

I keep telling myself "ANY DAY NOW WE'LL HEAR SOMETHING." and that excites me because I don't have to say "3 more months and we may hear something..." YAY. Any day! We're almost through with the worst part of this process. THE WAITING FOR AN ANSWER.
