Did you call up USCIS to inquire, or schedule an Infopass? It is way too long a wait so far! :(

We changed our address during the K1 process and though we got a letter from USCIS confirming the address change, several months later the RFE for relationship proof came to the OLD address! Is there someone at your old address that would forward your mail?

I would definitely contact USCIS about teh delay and ask what's going on. Cases should decided within 6 months. Maybe get a congressman or senator on it.

hello...any recent approvals from VSC? We filed at VSC in mid September 07...and bio in Nov 07 and have not heard anything yet. We changed our address in April 08 and our case was touched... but havent heard anything yet... :blink::blink:

You're there on the list linked to by wannabe, Digital. You'll note that since the end of March, when VSC finally began issuing approvals of the old TSC petitions sent to it almost two months earlier, only one person (the late Kez, may she RIP) who filed directly at VSC after August 07 has been approved. I would imagine they would finish up with the rest of the old TSC petitions, which are generally now all from May and June 07, before resuming with the direct filers again.

Officially, they would point to their posted processing time of April 1, 2007, and say you've got another five months to wait. If I were to guess, it would probably be more like two months. But who knows with these clowns. Particularly when this guy is in charge of adjudicating the petitions:
