Hello Sad Angel,

I am very sorry to hear what you are going through, I think you should consider consulting an experienced immigration attorney, here is a link to one that specializes in dealing with deportation and removals. Considering the complexities of your case I would strongly advice you to consult before making any moves, good luck and god bless.

thank you very much for your answer but the thing is that i can not pay the fees for the attorney or even for the phone call :( and i am hoping that you guys can help me to go thru this , he was not deported and never over stayed or entered illegaly or anything, if we request the bona fide marriage exemption do you guys think that they will send the case again to the local office or they can just approve it at the csc :( and whatdo you think about our new evidence
