is there a list/chart of k3 visa holders who applied for AOS?

i am trying to get some idea of when my application will get approved.

it has been 91 days since i mailed aos packet and no touches since then.

should i call uscis or wait?

Give them a call definitely! There was a guys here who waited some crazy period of time before he finally went for InfoPass and guess what he got yelled at by CIS officer for having waited so long

Don't listen to the customer service,...Make an Infopass there you will talk to a USCIS IO and they can tell you exactly what's going on with your case.

sorry, i forgot to mention that i do have EAD and Biometric appointment done already. My AOS is the only pending application. I see lot of other AOS applications are getting approved but they are all K1. that is y i was looking to see if there is any k3 AOS application getting approved or not. how long does it take?

i'm here on a K-3 and applied for AOS in april.

i am still waiting of course.

i hope things go as quickly for us as they do for the K-1ers.

let's cross our fingers.
