So going crazy! I did more research and came along a old post on how to check the case status in Manila after the interview... It appeared that the number did not work...

Anywho, im sure everyone knows this but if not and your like me in the dark... this is what I found.

I went directly to the USEM web page and got this number and ext.

Hours of Operation:

The office is open to the public Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. It is closed on Philippine and American holidays.

If calling from the United States, please dial 011 first.

Phone: For General inquiries in Tagalog or English, please call the following number: (63-2) 301-2000 Ext. 2224 (from the U.S.), (02) 301-2000 (within the Philippines but outside Metro Manila), and 301-2000 (within Metro Manila)

So I took the number from the USEM web page 011-632-301-2000 and ext.5185 from the old post.

worked perfect. Grace answered the phone and was so kind and helpful!

She told me the counselor was finished with the review and the papers were verified. She told me our visa was not printed and that's what they were waiting on. She then asked when my Fiancee was flying out. I told her I hoped by June 23 next week. She then told me she apologized and that she had an update and our visa was printed today. If we liked we could call back by Thursday to verify its being shipped out and we should expect a text form DELBROS... she even wished us a happy new life together...

Just a heads up! I've been using a service called startec.com for a year now... works awesome! and it beats having your Fiancee call the USEM at a rate of 53PHP a minute... not to mention having to have her go out in the heat. I'm sure she had enough of that going to the CFO, NSO, and everywhere in between. Best thing it only cost me .18US cents compared to wiring her money for a 1.26USD a minute call.

Got my visa today!!!so..so..so Happy!

Wish i'd seen this thread before but I've been parked in K1 forum, didn't know this one existed.

Can you add us, interview June 10 approved waiting.

It was only last night after talking with my fiance that she said they still had to do document checks which is what we'd been expecting. So what is going on looking at dates above some visas still come through in a timely fashion (the 7-10 days is that from approval date, it's not very clear) and some take a lot longer. So is there some sort of delay issue.

We have flights booked but I knew when i booked we were maybe being ambitious but figured cheaper to change dates than to book a last minute one.

Can we call Delbros and get any info, again what I'm reading here doesn't seem to be clear if they actually tell you anything?

Sorry for my stunted questions as i'm not sure exactly what i should be asking just trying to figure out the timing of when we can finally get that damn visa in hand...like every one else!!!

called USEM through grace she said "ang suerte mo kc honestly we dont assist beneficaries we give priority to US citizen only"...she told me i only lacked NOTARIZED certificate of employment and they told me im in admistrative review documents called ROBBIE...may 30- transmittal report , june 2- forward to NSO, june 10- interview date...

They asked you for a NOTARIZED certificate of employment? Did you mean original not a fax or copy? Are you self employed? This is the first time I've seen this. The new I-864 doen't even need to be notarized anymore. I just sent Melanie everything fresh since her interview is Monday. I sent her a new original employment letter, last 3 pay statments, 2007 tax returns ect ect ect. Well it's too late for me to send anything else now so I'll just keep my fingers crossed.

Her flight is for tuesday night... Im kinda worried cause its now Saturday night there in Phili and Monday morning she has to go to the CFO. I hope the Delbros will be there by Sunday cause its now the 3rd day and they said the next two days. Its going to be too late by Sunday to change her flight. So Im just banking on that its there soon!

Interview today approved. Pink slip only and was not ask about DV. Interview only took about 3 minutes, CO was a very friendly woman who ask three questions.

1. What is your husband's job?

2. Did you meet his children?

3. When did you first meet?

Then the CO said you should be with your husband, you are approved it will take about one week for your visa.
