My twin sis is coming with her bf and 2 doggies on sunday...they will stay for a week....we are having her a huge graduation party...she just graduated with a degree in zoology...Soo proud of her...this is the first time she will meet zaid, i cant wait...

ok thanks for the laugh, i desperately needed it. I ended up going to the doc today coz I ended up in an anger that was almost violent this morning for no reason whatsoever. I almost quit my job, almost called hubby and yelled at him for everything thats pizzin me off, almost threw stuff at customers... my blood was boiling. My blood pressure was even elevated to 150/100 which is high for me.... I'm a little bit better now as we have adjusted my meds a bit. It will take a few days for the meds to get in my system full force though.. It had been creeping up on me since last Thursday. I noticed I had been excessively tired and not in the mood to do ANYTHING PERIOD. I was slowly getting more and more irritated by simple stuff and it just exploded today....

Thank god I have made such good friends in here (and other support groups) that will stick by me in good and bad times as I have for them.

when the meds stop working..yeah. My body doesn't make enough seratonin and the mood receptors are overly sensitive so this med helps those receptors feel like there is more seratonin and the sensitivity of the receptors is able to slow down. My body adjusted to the dose I was taking so we increased it today. I hope it starts working quickly.

The doc asked me about that coz I told her that I was minutes away from just clocking out and going home..no good-bye, no kiss my azzz, no nothin... She had me do a questionaire about mood disorders to see just where I fall.. and all the answers were "yes" except like 2. I laughed even though I didn' tknow what it meant but I'm sure it wasn't good. She came in and looked at the paper..shook her head and laughed (she and i have a friendly/sarcastic relationship) she said "girrrrl..we gotta work on that". I'm to keep her updated weekly on how the medicine is making me feel. I am on top of it though, the SECOND I start slipping..I call her. She said she never knew anyone so "in tune" to their moods as I am. I dunno if it is coz I suffered all my life with it and have realized how much better I feel when taking this med so I monitor myself more closely or what but I do make mental notes... I'm not crazy, I promise!

Hey MENA & Charles... Adam got a job working at IHOP... he starts on Monday... its a start until we get some money saved... IHOP is very much in walking distance and will save on gas... (about to hit $4 soon here in GA) He took the written test for driving but missed it by one question... so he will try again tomorrow & maybe take it in Arabic.
