Will Media Report Obama Seeing Dead People in Memorial Day Audience?

The gaffes continued this holiday weekend for the media's presidential candidate.

Having mispronounced the name of the Florida city he was speaking in on Friday, as well as erred about what president was in the White House when Hugo Chavez took over Venezuela, Barack Obama talked about seeing dead people in the audience during a Memorial Day speech in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Of course, you're not likely to hear about this, because it seems a metaphysical certitude Obama-loving meda won't consider this newsworthy.

As such, consider yourself fortunate that Gateway Pundit found another delicious campaign mistake for us (video embedded right):

On this Memorial Day, as our nation honors its unbroken line of fallen heroes -- and I see many of them in the audience here today -- our sense of patriotism is particularly strong.

This guy's seeing dead people, and folks are worried about McCain developing Alzheimer's?

To be sure, none of this will harm Obama's campaign, because outside of the rightosphere, conservative talk radio, and Fox News, nobody will report this.

It must be nice for a presidential candidate to be able to say whatever he wants with complete protection from the media, so much so that dead Soviet premiers must be rolling over in their graves wondering why they didn't have it this good.

Of course, in his next campaign stop, Obama might claim to see a few of them in the audience; stay tuned.

I've heard the arguments for "liberal bias" in the media - and no offense Gary but this is a pretty f*cking dumb thing to stand behind.

Why these pundits are demanding that the media report total shite? That columnist should go back to journalism school to learn what makes a good story. This ain't really it....
