So I'm about to file all the paperwork including: I-485, I-130, I-765, G-325A, I-864. Form I-130 requires affidavits from friends about the knowledge of the bona fides of the marital relationship and my question is do they have to be notarized?

I know that they definitely have to be notarized if sent with the form I-751.

Thanks in advance.

The affidavits do not have to be notarized. We had ours notarized to be on the safe side though. The importartant part is for each affidavit to contain the full name and address, date and place of birth of the person making the affidavit, his or her relationship to the petitioner of beneficiary, if any, and complete information and details explaining how the person acquired his or herknowledge of your marriage, as stated in the guides
