Hi once again. Still trying to sort everything out as I plan to petition around August or September. Going over the instructions, I understand she may need to bring in several of my previous pay stubbs to the interview. What if I'm self employed? As my job goes from periods where I may be employed by a company for half a year (seasonal occupation, return to same job every summer), therefore recieving checks from a payroll. Then I may go into freelance mode, meaning I work on a particular boat for several days and then get paid, and then wait for my next deal. Might go two weeks being very busy to a couple weeks without anything. At the end of the year it works out good but what if the interview would fall during my "freelance" time. would privious tax returns be acceptable? Just trying to look at all possabilities before i start the process. thanks.

I'm self employed also.

I used tax transcripts from IRS as I didn't have 1099s.

They are the best you can do as they show you filed and how much you made.

Worked fine at embassy interview and AOS.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
