Our NOA date was January 9th 2008... We were approved on the 20th of May.. Received cards in the mail on 27th..... Hoping yours is going to be quick too.... God Bless you..

Any one approve who filed in January 2008 or after... ???

I received an email this morning at 1:15 of my approval. I figured I would be approved between 120-150 days. I calculated that based on the country of my fiance and the information supplied from fellow vj'ers. Mine was approved in 125 days.

Also, I sorted the K-1 timelines in a way that shows the latest K-1 visas submitted and scrolled down to see when the latest approvals occurred. For the past week or 2 it had stayed on January 16. I knew that my time was coming because my NOA1 is dated January 22. I just didn't expect the approval this week.

I'm not familiar with the K-3 timelines, but being a January filer your time should be coming soon.

Our NOA date was Jan 31th.

Approved on May 20th.

Received Three emails (two 'card production ordered' and one 'approval notice sent') & I-797C in the mail.

We're just waiting for the actual card to come..any day now~!

Well, we sent our package to remove Conditions Feb 8 2008

Recieved NOA Feb 23rd 2008 stating they were extending greencard for another year.

Had Biometrics March 11 2008

Didn't hear anything, kept checking online

then 2 emails may 29th 2008 stating Card production ordered

Thank you for this information. I was a little concern because I do not have my N0A2 approval yet. NOA1 date for I129f was February 28, 2008. Your calculations put me at the end of June. I hope this happens. I am always nervous.
