am I going insane or didn't we already have a thread about drilling???:unsure:

no, we need to create FORTY FIVE threads!

Um, yes we did. Which is why Fracas wants to block threads originated by certain users and I'm picking up what she's putting down.

Well we already know the maturity level on VJ is a little lacking sometimes.

I know I am late on this topic, but as for babies and the dominant genes...I thought Kavi would have darker skin, maybe right in the middle of our skin tones together. But he is almost as pale as me. I am not super pale, I can tan easily and not always burn, but still I am pretty pale right now since I haven't tried to get a tan in years. So I wonder if the Indian skin color gene isn't very strong. We know another couple and the guy is very dark Indian and the gal is super pale, and their babies are pale too but with dark hair and eyes.

Christina, my younger sister and I were both born much much paler than we are today. My sister stayed somewhat pale till she was 6, I colored in around 4. The Indian color gene is a little strange

Hey, I committed to not posting any more election 2008 threads till September and I haven't. You ladies just won't be happy till OT is all about kitties n #######.

No, it's not that. I am just so not interested in politics. I can't say what I would like to read but it's nothing about politics.

no, in proportion. I see no reason except to purposely irritate people than to start mulitple threads on exactly the same topic. Hmmm, purposely irritating...isn't that against TOS?

Well, obviously others are interested. I thought if one of the more prolific posters (me) stopped making one of the more common types of threads (election 2008), it would help :)

The first drilling thread is about offshore drilling in Cuba - who's doing it, who's not.

The second one is specific to the US and whether we can drill our way out of the energy crisis.

They are two separate subjects. No one is trying to irritate you.

I know the skin tone can change...it'll be interesting to see what happens! Sometimes Suj jokes that Kavi is so pale, and wishes he'd get a little more tan looking lol. But the family in India seems to like it...well you know how paleness is valued in India.

Yeah all the desi girls will want him if he stays pale, watch. With a name like Kavi and the looks of a white boy... they will be all over him

What do you mean with a name like Kavi? I know it means poet, but is there another reason I should know about?
