We bought our decent size 2 bed 2 bath house with a yard (fenced) and a front screened and back screened porches for 134K...well, now I am not sure what it's worth. :crying:

what I really hate about the LA area is that you they have huge houses but zero yard.... I need a yard...

I've got a 1/4 acre lot - three bedroom house. I paid $109,000. :P

it was like he totally went off the deep end or something yesterday morning.. :blink:

he just started flipping out and nobody had even said anything to him....

he's a punk.. what do u expect :P

Honestly I think there is something deeper to it all...I mean maybe something is off balance because even a punk doesn't act exactly like that. I have been nice to him, tried to give him a chance, but he still flips out at people for no reason.

It's a little scary IMO.

You can get a nice 3 bedroom house for $150,000 around here, probably even less.

I agree Stina. I think he has mental issues or something. It's just not normal to act the way he does.

I agree too. I was thinking maybe bipolar?

DairyFarmer is a couple who are very happy. We own both the farm and the cows we milk.

We had cows when I was younger. I want one again...

And I shall now go clean the kitchen before I head to Vancouver.

I was up earlier than usual this morning, so tired. Got a call early that my aunt passed away just minutes before that. :( We had hoped to see her. We took Kavi to see her 2 months ago. We were really close to her and her family. It all happened so fast she wasn't even with hospice yet. So hard.

my hubby has been talking lately about moving to northern California... not anytime soon but in the near future... he says it is because we really can't afford to buy a house around here... he is thinking of around the Redding area...

a friend of mine that I went to culinary school with moved to Lodi from OC and he absolutely loves it! he owns a small winery tour company with his gf and dad and works for a charity organization in his free time. I've been there a few times to stay at their home in oxbow marina and the places I visited were nice. you should check out his tour site, if you ever want to go up there I'm sure I could get you a free tour ;) www.vinetowinetours.com
