Stina: I see you love coupons. I totally do too. Where do you get most of yours? I've been buying the paper and going to coupons.com. Just wondering if you had another place I could get coupons.

Hehe. Well I haven't bought the paper for coupons but I want to. I use couponsurfer.com sometimes. I want more coupons than I get! And yeah sometimes the coupons are for things I don't need. Boo!

Also once you have a baby, all different companies send you coupons and I love that. Lately I have a lot of good baby food coupons sent to me in the mail, and I just love when I don't even have to ask for them. Sometimes coupons still don't make something cheaper than the generic or similar brand, and that's a bummer. lol.

I signed up for a tonne of stuff when I was pregnant both times.. I got a bunch of coupons and bibs and then right before I was "due" I got some formula... this last time I got a couple of tins of Similac.. the first time I got a couple tins of Enfamil plus some ready to go formula... I gave it to my sister-in-law who knew someone who needed it...

my hubby hates going shopping with me because I sit there and try and figure out what is the best deal..

I have never gotten into using coupons though...

my grandma was a coupon fanatic.. if she had a coupon for something she would buy it even if she never used that product ...

See I did coupons a couple of years ago and got into the habit of buying things I never used. I vowed not to do that this time. We went to the store the other day and saved $38. I was so excited. I usually try to buy things that are on sale already plus use my coupon. I got a bottle of downy yesterday for $2.75. It was on sale 2/$7.00 and I had a coupon for $0.75.

Wow!!$38? I've saved maybe $6 at a time on a grocery trip. See, I am noob with coupons and have not gone the newspaper route. i need to!!!

I need to check out couponsurfer.com. Coupons.com is alright. They have a lot of repeat coupons. Plus a lot of them I won't use. Sometimes you can go to the website of the product you want to buy and get a coupon. We eat Kashi cereal so I got a coupon from their website last week for $2 off a box of cereal. We needed cereal so I used the coupon. Had I known they were going to put the cereal on sale this week, 2/$6, I could have used it this week. I would have paid $1 for a box of cereal which is normally almost $4.

I eat healthy things for lunch too but I also have junk food sometimes. I definitely don't fit in with the exercising all the time none eaters in this thread. I know that stuff is really good to do, and I am losing weight these days, but I don't think junk food is always a bad thing.

I eat bad stuff. I said I had 3 donuts on Saturday! I'm a little obsessed with exercise lately though. I'm trying to cut back.

but you only ate salad the rest of the day!

donut for breakfast, donut for lunch, donut for dinner, salad for snack. I didn't eat all those donuts at once!

I don't deprive myself of anything. If I want a bowl of ice cream I eat it. If I want cake I eat it. I just eat healthier the rest of the day to make up for it. I had chocolate cake for breakfast Saturday morning. I've never been one to deprive myself of anything. I just don't eat certain foods because I don't care to eat them, for example, bread, rice, potatoes, anything with lots of carbs and starches in them. But if I want french fries one day for lunch I'll have french fries. They just aren't in my regular eating habits.

I'm pretty much the same. If I want something I eat it but normally I don't crave that stuff. Like I said last week, when I eat greasy stuff it makes me feel really horrible and upsets my stomach.

it was hilarious! I had to make myself NOT look at the powerpoint because I would have burst into laughter.

I tried to use coupons before like 5 or 6 times and I just forget about them so I don't even bother anymore

Right. So. Chiro popped rib back into place but I did a number on my neck/shoulder. I have to go back tomorrow morning as I have little mobility on the right side now. Couldn't go to work tonight because we sit at tables with kids around us and I'd have to be able to turn and lift things.

I feel old.

I hope this is better before Wednesday because driving 3 hours with back pain will SUX0RZ.
