Imagine bacon cheeseburger., around 600 calories (and I'm betting low), you eat 10, 6000 calories. 1 hour of cardio (serious cardio), you burn 1 bacon cheeseburger, so all you need is spend 10 hours doing cardio (no sex, i'm talking running, elyptical, etc)

I'm running out of food in the house. I had 2 options for lunch...tuna fish or eggs. I like tuna but the smell sometimes of making it I can't handle. The smell lingers for so long. So I went with an egg sandwich.

I haven't really had the bacon craving everyone else has been having. I did have bacon last Sunday night, on a loaded baked potato pizza. We went to Stevi B's Pizza (like cici's pizza) you know where they make all weird not great tasting kinds of cheap pizza? I decided to try everything weird. I also had BLT pizza. And Mac n Cheese pizza. I tasted chicken wings pizza. I felt like I was visiting a foreign country and all I wanted to do was try each weird kind of pizza.

That's why I don't do them very often either. I just feel so guilty after eating one. I can only think of how many crunches, squats, and lunges I need to do to get rid of the fat it just deposited on my @ss.

Oh, and even with all that pizza tasting, I lost a lb or 2 this week! My motto is, you don't have to only eat tasteless food or salads or avoid chocolate or the occasional bad food to lose weight . I won't tell myself I am not allowed to have certain things, I just am not allowed to have it all the time.

steamed broccoli is yummy

sauteed spinach with a little bit of bacon and caramelised shallot is amazing too

steamed cauliflower with some shaved parmigiana reggiano

grilled asparagus with prosciutto

bok choy with ginger

roasted veggies marinated in balsamic, soy sauce mmmmm...

all our stuff is growing in our garden now so I'm going to make some grilled salsa today
