I now remember why I'm not a runner (especially on treadmills) and why I never run 3 miles in 20 minutes....the front of my thighs hurt so bad that I can barely walk.

yes it's from running. if it's from some other activity it's usually my inner thighs or the sides of my azz cheeks. weird, right?
