I agree Marilyn, the chorus is what kills it...the rest is ok IMO.

yeah I started listening and I was like hey I kind of like this song.. and then the chorus came .. ugh...

Another reason it's stuck in my head is because on So You Think You Can Dance there was a dance done to it that we all really liked, and my sister kept rewinding it over and over. :wacko::lol:

CBD is Central Business District - that's how Aussies call their downtown area.

In New Orleans we have an 'uptown' a 'downtown' and a 'CBD' so I think that makes the city schizo?

Ouch! So sorry! On my VERY FIRST DAY teaching university I tripped and fell up the stairs in front of about 12 of my students. Way to make a great impression....

Pedro and I are discussing household stuff.

I don't like having a sheet and a quilt, I rather have a comforter/ duvet with a giant pillow case to cover it. But it seems like Pedro and I are getting all the terms wrong :lol:

Brits, Americans and Aussies use all kinds of terms, so we are getting confused. Someone please fill us in about bedding. :lol:

duvet = eiderdown (only of course you can get them with fake or hypo-allergenic fill) like the big white fluffy things at IKEA

duvet cover = ginormous pillow-case type thing in different fabrics and patterns that you put the duvet/eiderdown inside

sheet= fitted or flat, goes on mattress and under duvet (but we don't use a top sheet, just the duvet)

quilt = technically it's "quilted" but lots of people call a bedspread a quilt. A bedspread is a thinner version of a duvet, more like a blanket. But where I come from the bedspread goes over the blanket and the sheets.

Yep, I'm a nerd. But Patrick and I also had this household stuff conversation and I got really irritated until I realized we were talking about the same thing....
