our darn car keeps wanting to overheat... :wacko: only way to keep it low is to not have the AC on.... and that sucks when it is over 90 degrees outside...

really need hubby to take a look at it... hopefully we get the stimulus check soon can use that money to fix the car...

one of my mom's friends did some christian weight loss thing. it was like never eat unless you're actually experiencing a growling stomach and then eat only half of what you would normally eat.

Did it work? I guess it would have to if you're halving your calories. I don't eat a whole lot to begin with. If I ever go out to dinner with mom and dad they always make the comment that I should have ordered a children's meal and even probably that I wouldn't be able to finish. Yet somehow I'm big LOL!!

Don't let the sunshine spoil your rain...just stand up and COMPLAIN!

I just called my mom and she said she thinks it was called the weigh down program. The lady lost about 60lbs before she gave up on weight loss.

turn the heater on - that releases the coolant in the heater core and helps dissipate the heat.

My lunch isn't agreeing with me. :dead:

what did you have?

I had a sierra turkey from panera. Only half of it though. It has some kind of chipotle mayo on it or something and my belly didn't like it.

I have no idea. I couldn't eat an entire bag of any kind of chip much less doritos.

Chipotle mayo is yumm!! Sorry you're not feeling well...I got really sick one time after eating at Panera. It was actually the most sick I had ever been.

I have no idea. I couldn't eat an entire bag of any kind of chip much less doritos.

I never go to panera but everyone loves it. Maybe I will go there sometime. I'm big on calorie consumption though so I'm not sure I could go somewhere I don't know exactly how many calories something has. The greatest thing I take out of being a chef is being able to eyeball how much something is. Like oh that's 3oz or that's about 1Tbsp. Otherwise I throw all the knowledge away :lol:
