I could say much more but I said I would stop so I have to keep my mouth shut. I can't believe I was called ignorant! Of all people to be called ignorant. I think I know a thing or 2 about that subject.

Yeah, well you just have to realize it's ignorance from them. We won't get into it on here but you know what I've always said about that group. Anyway, I'm done with it too. I gotta go exercise in about 15 minutes anyhow. They can argue amongst themselves because in my opinion they are reading way further into posts than they need too.

Happy exercising. I'll be doing probably excessive amounts of that soon since the dr. wouldn't prescribe me metformin yet somehow expects me to lose 10% of my body weight.

what do you need that for? I take it for PCOS, but it's a diabetes medication. It didn't make me lose weight, but I didn't have any weight I needed to lose either.

I know people who took it for PCOS and did lose weight...they were overweight though and it helped their body do what it was supposed to with sugar and insulin and eliminated the extra lbs instead of turning it all into stored fat as usual. My husband is on metformin for his diabetes, but his sign of diabetes was losing weight and he doesn't need to lose any more. I do though. hah! (To clarify I am not on metformin or have PCOS, I just need to lose weight heh)

PCOS. I went for the first time to a RE today just for the purpose of getting on met. She told me they rarely ever prescribe it anymore for PCOS. I was really disappointed. But the thing is, when I first got PCOS I was 120 lbs and very athletic. So I don't even really think it's weight related for me except that it made me gain a ton of weight over the course of about 5 years.

my regular doctor didn't prescribe it for pcos it was actually my ob/gyn. maybe try your ob/gyn?

time for me to go to lunch and then go shopping. I'm going to try to stay away from bath & body works semi annual sale. I wish someone was with me so they won't allow me to go in there. I don't need more lotion, but I feel like lotion and soap is calling my name every time I walk past that store.

What I have to do is get all these tests done plus a hysterosalpingogram (fun word). And start taking vitamins, lose weight and then whenever I would start TTC which may be sometime next year they will use Clomid.

So I have gotten more accomplished today! Showered, ate lunch, washing clothes for the trip now, put Kavi's clothes in piles ready for packing.
