I had a strenous day.

I had a lot to do, went for a run in the morning plus my mom just called me to let me know that she has a pleurisy and pneumonia at the same time and she sounds like she is not going to make it through the night (she will though, no worries). She's in agony and has to go to the hospital tomorrow and they might do a lung punction to get rid of the fluids in the lung.

I am still at the office. I guess I should go to Mom's place and take care of her, but somehow I don't want to, I am so exhausted of her being sick with the cancer and the chemo and the side effects and the rest of it. I don't even want to hear it anymore.

And then I have my colleague crying on my shoulder because her boyfriend fractured his arm yesterday

Morning everyone!

Where has Trollie gone?!?!?

I did my workout as well last night. I just did the cardio. I'm sucking it up and going to water exercise today. Then I'll do my weight training tonight. That way it won't be so late when I get done exercising.

Thanks! Although I'm sitting here at work trying to talk myself out of water exercise. I just know that water is going to be ice freaking cold again. I'll go though because I know if I don't I'll just feel bad later. It's easier to just go do it and get it over with than beating myself up about it later for not going.

Julie- Aww I'm sorry. That's funny about the colleague crying over a fractured arm, not even her own arm. I am sure it's hard to deal with too, but not the same as what you are dealing with!! Some people need perspective I think.

btw morning everyone! I woke up at 10am which is earlier than usual for me on a day off. I already went to the dr to have my blood pressure checked and to see if I had really shrunk some more. 2" is a lot to shrink in 3-4yrs. maybe I'm dying
