I just had a root canal this morning I swear I have the worst teeth in the world. Had I known they'd require extensive dental treatments anyway I would have slacked on all the brushing and flossing. This is my THIRD root canal (ok, second on this tooth, so I shouldn't be so dramatic).

I had one today also. This is my first dental procedure of any kind since the braces as a kid. I was hoping to make it to 50 before I needed anything like this. Up until now no cavities, extractions or anything. Missed it by 2 days.

Oh holy cow! You poor thing!! Hope it gets better soon...does it still hurt? I am not even really sure what a root canal is, but root does just sound painful.

Even the tooth fairy is on a tight budget take 8 of my teeth then foots me the remainder of bill lol. I paid half of $350 now have to pay rest next month.

I did my workout as well last night. I just did the cardio. I'm sucking it up and going to water exercise today. Then I'll do my weight training tonight. That way it won't be so late when I get done exercising.
