Well I was doing 40 minutes of jogging on the treadmill on M and W. Then water exercise on T and Th. My water exercise teacher left to have a baby and I don't like the new lady. I didn't mind the treadmill until my trainer increased my speed and time. Now I hate it. I do weight training on M and W also. I'm supposed to do it on the weekends too but I never do. I'm afraid if I slack off anymore I'll just quit all together. I enjoy the results from working out I just hate working out. Well in the beginning I had a friend working out with me and Javi was too. So that made it more fun. Now my friend quit because her dad is sick and Javi stopped too because he's working so much. It's just hard to make myself do it alone.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

Booty: I shall be working out with you too. Fine, I'll be in Seattle and you won't know I'm doing it, but I'll be there in spirit :)

#######. I tried :)

OK, speaking of working out. I'm off to go run stairs again before I bail on it. Gotta do that before meeting everyone at the pub. Btw, last week my daughter won a tshirt just for being the youngest female there.

come on peeps there is to be no slacking off on your workouts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! get your butts in gear and just do it! you'll be so happy you did :P

I do cardio M-F, weights 4 days a week and then on the weekends I either do some sort of outdoor activity like rock climbing or hiking. If I don't do that I go to the gym and do some cardio on the weekends too. I'm addicted.

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.

I just had a root canal this morning :( I swear I have the worst teeth in the world. Had I known they'd require extensive dental treatments anyway I would have slacked on all the brushing and flossing. This is my THIRD root canal (ok, second on this tooth, so I shouldn't be so dramatic).

Oh holy cow! You poor thing!! Hope it gets better soon...does it still hurt? I am not even really sure what a root canal is, but root does just sound painful.

Thats nothing i lost 8 teeth this month.
