I am not really fond of ketchup here in the US... the ketchup in Canada was a little sweeter and not so vinegary as it is down here...

Especially the Frankfurter Handkäs' mit music, a cheese marinated in oil and vinegar, topped with raw onions!

I can't stand raw onions. My wife can't either, which works out well. Unfortunately for me, she won't even cut them so that job is mine.
