I am a bit peeved at myself. I thought I had an appointment at 8am this morning. So I dragged myself out of bed to get there in time. As soon as I get there and ring the door bell, I realise the appointment is tomorrow and not today. So I could have gotten about 2 hrs. more sleep. And it's my bloody own fault!!

So I got to the office at 8:15am. Totally pointless, since I have nothing to do here anyway and try to do 10am - 5pm with a two hour lunch break.

I have this stup!d training this morning so I can get a government driver's license, which totally sucks, cuz I drove at least 5 different gov vehicles being one of them on a daily basis when I worked for the other division and now they need me to have that

today the big dawgs from the hq's are coming to the office... and since in this dept we all dress very casual, we all decided to wear slacks shirt and tie for the day

It's like a massive train wreck of quotes. I had to skip over most of the posts because I couldn't figure them out. It was quite funny though. Ah, the days of Shon. Where did they go? :lol:

I am having a not so perfect day. Yeah, I also eventually have not so perfect days. Who would have thought.

Was involved in two work related b!tch fights, had Indian for lunch and got completely soaked in a thunderstorm on the way back from the restaurant (wearing a white shirt and a white bra plus I was freezing - guess that is enough to create a visual) .

Plus I was at an appointment that didn't take place this morning and I have to get up early again tomorrow.

Plus I was supposed to meet my lunch date at 1pm and rocked up at 12:30pm because I am confused. After 15 minutes I called him and said "Why do you always have to be so late???" And he says "We are supposed to meet at 1, aren't we?". Then we had lunch and during the lunch he had to leave me and run back to the office, because he remembered that he had to send a presentation to a client at 1:30pm. So I sat there by myself with two lunches. I only ate one though.

Plus I am supposed to watch the soccer at the fake beach at the river and it rained so hard that everything is wet.

Two more days and it's the weekend, things will pick up.

I am going to the hair dresser on Saturday, Booty! My bang is so long, I can hardly see and this time I will resist and not just chop it of with kitche scissors!

Julia you're having one heck of a day. At this rate I would suggest you definitely not go anywhere near your bangs with the kitchen scissors.

Maybe Shon did get banned for good. I never know anything that goes on around here. I'm always the last to find out the good stuff.

I gave myself a hair cut last week with cheap IKEA scissors, and the funny thing is it's one of my favorite hair cuts I've ever had. I had medium-long hair and now cut it just above the shoulders and layered it heavily and all choppy. My hair stylist friend who always cut my hair, and moved away, said she'd fix it for me if I wanted when we go up to visit for 4th of July. But I don't think it needs fixing actually. I seem to be able to cut my hair better myself than when I try to describe what I want to someone else who does it and I am usually left disappointed.
